Refund Policy

Alfred International Inc’s return policy for products purchased directly from www.alfredinc.com or www.alfredinc.ca is 30 days from your original date of purchase. If 30+ days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately your purchase is outside of our return policy and no refund or exchange will be made. If you have purchased your Alfred product from a third-party website or retailers other than www.alfredinc.com or www.alfredinc.ca please refer to that site or retailer for their return policies and procedures.

Returns Eligibility: 

To start a return request please reach out to Support@alfredinc.com and they will be happy to assist you with starting the returns process. To complete your return, we require a receipt or copy of proof of purchase, so please have this ready.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all parts included.


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable):


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable):


We will replace items if they are defective or damaged, please email us at support@alfredinc.com first to discuss any issues or defects you may come across with your Alfred Product. Our support team will be able to assess that nature of the defect or damage and will be able to process any exchanges that may be necessary. Please make sure you have your proof of purchase with you as this will be required for any exchanges.
